At Mirza Files, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

  • The item you received is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is significantly different from its description

2. Timeframe for Returns
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Conditions for Returns
Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in their original packaging

  • Include all original tags, components, or accessories

  • Not be altered, damaged, or worn

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Return Process

  • Your order details

  • Clear photos of the item(s) received

  • The reason for the return

We will review your request and provide instructions for return shipping if approved.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind), return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Refunds
As Mirza Files operates with Cash on Delivery only, refunds will be processed through the following options:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased on clearance or as part of a final sale

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items returned without prior approval

8. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for eligible products, subject to availability. 

9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
